About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Executive with 2- 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across both Technology and Business roles
. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment . The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong sourcing capabilities across diverse domains, and can effectively manage stakeholder expectations to meet hiring timelines.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Tech and Business roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring prioritiesDevelop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing
Conduct initial candidate assessments for role fit, communication, and cultural alignment
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Manage offer negotiations and closures within defined TATs
Maintain accurate data and reports on hiring progress, pipelines, and closures
Desired Candidate Profile:
1- 3 years of recruitment experience covering both Tech and Business hiring
Strong hands-on experience in direct sourcing and stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with minimal supervision
Good understanding of technology roles and business functions
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience working in start-up, product, or fast-growing environments is a plus
