As an Associate, Talent Acquisition on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for:
Execute sourcing strategies through priority hiring channels, including job boards, employee referrals, agencies, and internal mobility
Mine internal and external databases to identify qualified candidates and maintain candidate pipeline data in Avature
Pre-screen candidates and share qualified profiles with recruiters and business stakeholders for respective industry and service line needs
Conduct initial telephonic screening and maintain candidate data in the recruitment management system
Adhere to sourcing processes, service level agreements, performance targets, and delivery timelines in a high-volume environment

Qualifications
Required:
2-3 years of experience sourcing candidates through job sites and professional networking sites
Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Taleo, SAP, or Avature
Experience conducting candidate pre-screening and initial phone screening
Experience maintaining candidate data in a recruitment management system
Experience supporting sourcing activities in a high-volume hiring environment
Any undergraduate degree
Preferred:
MBA in Human Resources
Experience with passive sourcing techniques, including AIRS methods
Experience researching target companies and candidate information through internet-based sourcing methods
