Key Responsibilities
● Design, build, and optimize interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
● Translate business requirements into scalable visual analytics solutions.
● Integrate Tableau with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects).
● Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, and dashboard scalability.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
● Maintain and support Tableau Server/Online environments.
Required Skills & Experience
● 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Online.
● Strong SQL skills and expertise in data modeling.
● Proven experience integrating Tableau with Salesforce data.
● Solid understanding of Salesforce objects, schema, and reporting.
● Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
● Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics.
● Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms.
● Exposure to Python, dbt, or other scripting/ETL tools.
