This role will also own the development of Python-based data integrations between Tableau and other platforms, ensuring accurate and actionable insights. The candidate should bring experience with modern data warehousing platform.<br>Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Tableau.</p> <ul> <li>Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that drive actionable business insights.</li> <li>Define and enforce Tableau best practices, governance, and standards.</li> <li>Develop, test, and support Python-based integration scripts between Tableau and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, data warehouses, etc.).</li> <li>Partner with stakeholders to capture reporting requirements and translate them into scalable Tableau solutions.</li> <li>Optimize data models, extracts, and dashboard performance for large datasets.</li> <li>Assist in IT and analytics roadmap planning, including enhancements and new reporting capabilities.</li> <li>Train and mentor internal staff on self-service analytics and Tableau usage.</li> <li>Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all integrated systems.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education and Work Experience Requirements: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.</li> <li>Tableau certification (Certified Architect or comparable advanced level) strongly preferred.</li> <li>3–5 years of experience working with Tableau (development, administration, governance).</li> <li>Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for integration and automation.</li> <li>Knowledge of data modeling and analytics frameworks.</li> <li>Experience with at least one modern data warehouse (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse, etc.) preferred.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with attention to data quality and accuracy.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive and business audiences.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-teams="true"><strong>Spaulding Ridge’s Commitment to an Inclusive Workplace&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p></p> <p>When we engage the expertise, insights, and creativity of people from all walks of life, we become a better organization, we deliver superior services to clients, and we transform our communities and world for the better.</p> <p>At Spaulding Ridge, we believe our team should reflect the rich diversity of society and we take seriously the responsibility to cultivate a workplace where every bandmate feels accepted, respected, and valued for who they are.
