across various departments.

Junior Tech
roles (Developers, QA) and
Non-Tech
requirements (Sales, Operations).
Candidate Experience:
Build relationships. You’ll be the face of Primetrace, following up with candidates and ensuring they stay engaged from the first call to the day they join.
Data-Driven Recruitment:
Track your pipeline like a pro. We value metrics, and you’ll learn how to use data to improve your conversion rates.
