Role Overview
This is a predominantly hands-on role (approximately 90% execution) focused on implementing automation projects, deploying vendor solutions, and developing practical AI use cases within finance environments.
You will work closely with managers who lead client advisory and solution design. Your responsibility will be translating defined business requirements into working automation systems and AI-enabled workflows.
This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who enjoys building more than presenting, and wants exposure to real client implementations across SMEs and larger corporates.
Key Responsibilities
Implement RPA solutions (UiPath or equivalent) for finance processes such as reconciliations, reporting, and controls
Configure and deploy vendor automation, workflow, and data tools for client use cases
Build Python and SQL-based automation scripts for data transformation and reporting improvement
Support system implementations including ETL processes, workflow tools, and BI platforms
Develop and deploy practical AI solutions, including:
Azure OpenAI or similar AI services
Custom GPT-based workflows
AI-assisted validation, documentation, or reporting tools
Evaluate AI and automation vendors based on client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Improve data quality through validation logic, reconciliation checks, and structured controls
Document implementations clearly and create reusable templates and components
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption
Qualifications and Experience
1–4 years of experience in automation, RPA, analytics, or system implementation roles
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
Hands-on exposure to RPA tools (UiPath preferred; equivalent platforms acceptable)
Working knowledge of Python and SQL
Experience working with finance data, ERP systems, or reporting environments is preferred
Exposure to AI/LLM tools (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, GPT-based workflows) is an advantage
Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data sets
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Clear communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid environment
