Translate 3GPP LBS standard specifications into Functional/Interface Specifications for design and development
Translate product requirements (functional and non-functional) into functional/interface specifications for design and development
Guide/mentor design team members into developing scalable, robust and manageable implementations
The person is required to work in projects which involve telecom products.
The person is required to write functional specification, interface specifications
The person is required to write scripts/application to transform and analyze various kinds of data and various amounts of data.
The person is required to support Development, Quality assessment and Operation team during the complete product lifecycle.
Must have
10 years’ experience.
System engineer for at least 2 years.
Mobile network side experience in protocols
Experience in requirement gathering, understanding customer needs
The person must be involved in development and management at standalone capacity for complete products.
The person should have been involved in development of interface specifications with other teams.
The person should have supported engineering team in the complete product lifecycle.
3GPP specifications knowledge
Good Documentation and presentation skills

Education
Graduate or Post Graduate in Engineering. Post Graduate preferred
Branch: Computer Science preferred, Electronics, Communications, Telecom acceptable
Reputable engineering institute of India

Project Description:
The project is about determining and providing geo-location of cellular subscriber based on standard and non-standard specifications. The geo-location is to be determined for GSM, UMTS, LTE and NR mobile network. The product is required to be present inside mobile network, interacting with other nodes of mobile network. This utilizes 3GPP specified protocols to achieve the same. Full stack development for standard based geo-location is supported. This includes transport and application protocols. The products are also involved in nonstandard ways of collecting required information for the geo-location. The product also involves ML, AI, Big Data and UI products for analysis and analytics of geo-location information.
