Surveillance Executive
who will help us to monitor and manage CCTV surveillance operations across our venues.
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Surveillance Executive to monitor and manage CCTV surveillance operations across our venues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for observing real-time camera feeds, Playbacks, identifying potential risks, ensuring adherence to operational protocols, and maintaining detailed incident reports. This role requires strong focus, discretion, and a proactive approach to security and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor live feeds from all CoPlay centers to ensure safety and security.
Detect and report any suspicious behavior by customers or staff, including
theft, pilferage, or operational violations
.
Alert business managers or Operations Manager in
real-time
upon noticing any irregularities.
Maintain
daily incident logs
with clear documentation of noteworthy activities, behaviors, or events.
Oversee and update
daily slot booking records
, ensuring all bookings are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
Retrieve and review recorded CCTV footage for
investigations, audits, or compliance purposes
.
Perform routine checks to ensure all surveillance equipment (cameras, DVRs, storage systems) are
functioning optimally
.
Report and escalate any technical issues to relevant
maintenance teams or service providers
.
Ensure
strict confidentiality
of all surveillance data and sensitive operational information.
Coordinate with the business and operations team to support venue-wide safety protocols and event management needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field; additional certification in security or surveillance is a plus.
2.5+ years of work experience
in any role in the past
1 + years
of work experience in a similar role (CCTV monitoring, security surveillance, or control room operations).
Familiarity with CCTV systems, digital recording software, and access control technologies.
Strong observational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and public holidays, if required.
