Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and professional
Front Desk Executive / Receptionist
to manage the front office operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, strong administrative capabilities, and the ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, candidates, and employees courteously.
Handle incoming calls, screen and redirect them to the concerned departments.
Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and coordinate with security/admin teams.
Manage meeting room bookings and assist in arranging meetings and appointments.
Handle courier, dispatch, incoming/outgoing mail, and documentation records.
Coordinate with housekeeping, administration, and facility teams for smooth office operations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement requests.
Support HR/Admin in employee attendance coordination, onboarding formalities, and basic administrative tasks.
Ensure reception area is well-maintained, organized, and presentable at all times.
Assist senior management with basic coordination and administrative support as required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
5+ years of experience
as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist / Front Office Administrator.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasing personality with a professional and presentable demeanor.
Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Stable work history with good professional conduct.
Experience in corporate office / IT / service industry environment preferred.
Mature, polite, and proactive approach toward handling visitors and office operations.
Ability to maintain decorum and represent the company professionally at the front office.
