We are actively seeking a Support Engineer, Oracle Banking . This role is based in India, Hyderabad About Rimini Street, India, GCC. Rimini Street, India has nicely emerged as Global Capability Centre (GCC), and proudly says, “if you are best of the best, you belong to Rimini”. We are on a mission to contribute significantly to our “Rimini ONE” program, a turnkey Rimini Street service program that offers a comprehensive set of unified, integrated services that can run, manage, support, customize, configure, connect, protect, monitor, and optimize your Oracle and SAP ERP, database, and technology software.   Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Flexcube Universal Banking System (FCUBS) Technical engineer with 8 to 10years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance and reliability of Flexcube in production environments. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing system performance.   Job Requirements 8 to 10 years’ experience with FCUBS technical knowledge to support banking modules (Ex: Core banking, Loans, Treasury etc..). Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Flexcube applications in AMS environments. Perform issue analysis, bug fixing, root cause identification and permanent resolution. Develop and maintain customizations, interfaces, reports and enhancements. Work on Unix Shell scripting, PLSQL, Java and OFSAA integration wherever required. Strong understanding of banking processes including account management, payment processing and loan servicing. Analyze, trouble shoot and resolve functional issues within SLA raised by users. Specific experience of UK Agency Banking and Payments processing. Exposure to other Oracle Applications (Ex; Oracle Flexcube, Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications) Ability to analyze document and resolve complex technical issues. Skills 8 -10years experience in a technical support role with strong focus on FCUB UBS (preferably 14.5 version). Strong understanding of banking processes including account management, payment processing and loan servicing, retail, Corporate, treasury. Troubleshooting expertise to resolve issues related to configurations, workflows and data processing. Hands on expertise on SQL, PLSQL and Java, Core banking Interfaces, Unix Shell scripting, Spring MVC, JSP, Angular, React Experience in integrating Flexcube with external systems (payment gateways, SWIFT etc..) Good understanding on Oracle weblogic for troubleshooting technical issues. Experience on Webservices using REST/SOAP APIs Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills – verbal & written. Extreme focus on Client satisfaction Ability to work professionally in high pressure situations. A consulting background, while not mandatory, would be useful as this is a client facing role.
