Supply Chain Planner Description - Job Responsibilities: Manages demand planning processes utilizing wide range of forecasting methods throughout the service support life. Analyses demand trends to identify important deviations and root causes. Anticipates factors that might influence demand, such as seasonal trends, lifecycle specifics, others. Analyses Forecast Accuracy results and identifies reasons for deviations and take corrective actions Analyses stocking requirements for multi-echelon network and defines requirements to meet the desired customer service level, while optimizing inventory and inventory carrying costs. Evaluates current and future inventory requirements and takes action to mitigate shortages or excesses. Applies solid understanding in Multi-echelon Inventory Optimization methodology to take inventory decisions. Analyses inventory trends and deviations, and root causes, takes corrective actions.
