Job Description We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Manager – Integrated Planning (o9) to lead complex, multi-phase digital planning transformation programs across global organizations. This role is centered on driving large-scale business and digital transformations enabled by the advanced planning capabilities of the o9 platform. The ideal candidate combines deep functional expertise in integrated planning with extensive experience in o9 solution architecture, configuration leadership, and delivery of multiple end-to-end o9 implementations. This role offers the opportunity to work on digital planning transformation programs for leading organizations across industries, collaborating closely with client stakeholders, system integrators, and internal consulting teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead large, complex planning transformation programs enabled by o9, with full accountability for client outcomes, scope, risk, and delivery quality. • Act as o9 Solution Architect or Configuration Lead on multiple end-to-end o9 implementation engagements, overseeing design, configuration, and solution validation. • Define o9 data models, planning logic, workflows, and integration architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs and cross-functional KPIs. • Provide governance and technical leadership on scenario planning, IBP design, control towers, forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and other o9 modules. • Facilitate executive workshops to identify pain points, define business requirements, and co-create future-state planning blueprints. • Oversee functional and technical workstreams, ensuring accurate requirement translation, optimal solution configuration, robust testing, and effective deployment. • Manage coordination with system integrators, technical teams, and data engineering groups to ensure seamless integration and solution performance. • Develop and publish thought leadership, accelerators, and methodologies related to o9-enabled planning transformation. • Lead business development activities, including proposal creation, client discussions, and thought leadership on digital planning transformation. • Coach, mentor, and develop consultants across levels on planning processes, o9 configuration, solution architecture, consulting delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Education MBA, MTech, or master’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Required Skills • Extensive hands-on experience with o9 platform, specifically designing solution architecture, and leading o9 configuration • Experience in multiple end-to-end o9 implementations (required) with a strong understanding of o9 data modeling, planning logic, and integration patterns • Deep functional knowledge across Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP/IBP cycles • Experience managing multi-disciplinary consulting teams and high-stakes client engagements • Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable planning solutions and architectures • Proven ability to lead teams and manage client engagements effectively Optional Skills • Prior consulting experience in a top-tier or operations consulting firm is an advantage.
