<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Review of monthly and quarterly P&L, Balance sheet along with all supporting schedules and other reports required by management, aligned to the generally accepted accounting practices.</li>
<li>Analysis of the monthly and quarterly P&L and Balance sheet items, identifying and explaining the variances from budgets, forecasts or identify the lack of variances</li>
<li>Managing all GL and reporting related queries from Opco, region, or onshore teams</li>
<li>SOX Compliance</li>
<li>Team Management: Weekly review with the team on the progress, issues & achievement and to share the report with Management. Escalation on team issues should be resolve in consultation with vertical head</li>
<li>Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and ability to review accounting entries</li>
<li>Manage the team to meet the defined timelines, and adequate time management</li>
<li>Any other initiative on organization level</li>

<li>Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in GL and RTR.</li>
<li>Qualification – Qualified CA</li>
<li>Strong communication skills for negotiation & reconciliation</li>
<li>Self-motivated</li>
<li>Commercially focused with a strong Client service approach</li>
<li>Confidence in dealing and building relationships both internally and externally</li>
<li>Well organised with strength in prioritizing</li>
<li>Flexible attitude to achieve results.</li>
