Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Specialist Manager to support and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central capabilities for enterprise HR operations. Lead configuration and support activities in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, business rules, workflows, event reason derivation, data models, and role-based permissions.
Manage end-to-end access requests, incidents, and change requests across Employee Central processes and support operations.
Support integrations using Integration Center, application programming interfaces, and Employee Central Payroll or third-party payroll replication processes.
Perform release impact analysis for H1 and H2 updates and coordinate post-upgrade testing and validation activities.
Guide team members on Employee Central solutioning, issue resolution, and operational support priorities.

The SAP Success factor team supports SAP SuccessFactors solutions that enable core HR processes and workforce operations across the organization. It works closely with stakeholders to manage system configuration, support requests, enhancements, integrations, and release activities. This team operates in a fast-paced environment focused on service delivery, system stability, and continuous improvement.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 06:30 AM to 03:30 PM
Qualifications
Required:
7+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
Experience configuring Employee Central components including Foundation Objects, Generic Objects (Metadata Framework), business rules, workflows, event reason derivation, data models, custom Metadata Framework objects, and role-based permissions
Experience managing access requests, incidents, and change requests in a production support environment
Experience with Integration Center, application programming interfaces, SOAP, OData, and Employee Central Payroll or third-party payroll integrations
Experience performing H1 and H2 release analysis and post-upgrade testing
Experience leading a team and guiding Employee Central solution design
Preferred:
Experience with year-end Employee Central activities
Experience with client copy processes and related tools
Experience with Time Off
Experience with Recruiting Management, Onboarding 2.0, or Employee Central Payroll
