The purpose of this role is to oversee and manage the in-house studio; resources, and equipment. Maintaining schedule of in-house post resources, managing requests of resources from various department for client and internal work. Enforcing the work request process. Keeping in-house studio and equipment organised and tracking payroll/ invoices for freelance personnel and outside vendors.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
Drives operational excellence by maintaining optimally functioning studio
Collaborates with Traffic Manager and studio staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations tracking jobs until completion
Proactively addresses, handles and rectifies all production issues notifying appropriate individuals and teams as needed of changes
Organises travel, catering and other service support for senior studio and production team members
Maintains proper records of Studios services and invoices
