Job Overview:
As a member of the member of the Student Engagement Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective student interaction and support. Your responsibilities will revolve around managing study materials, facilitating software access, coordinating communication channels, and overseeing student payments.
Responsibilities:
• Generate and allocate login credentials for Simandhar & Becker study software.
• Coordinate the dispatch of study materials to enrolled students.
• Monitor and manage the inventory of study materials and books.
• Assist in integrating students into relevant Simandhar Telegram groups.
• Oversee outstanding student payments and update CRM tool records accordingly.
• Conduct feedback sessions with students to refine process orientation.
• Collaborate in scheduling classes based on faculty availability.
• Ensure timely communication of updates and changes to relevant students.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree, or MBA.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Prior experience in customer service or student support is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
•Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
•Ability to multitask and manage diverse responsibilities efficiently.
