Role Overview
We are looking for someone to join the
Strategy team
, who will work very closely with the leadership on some of the company’s most important strategic priorities.
This role sits at the center of the company and involves working on a wide range of high-impact initiatives – from identifying new market opportunities and shaping go-to-market strategy, to evaluating partnerships and driving new business initiatives.
You will work with cross-functional teams across sales, product, marketing and delivery to bring new initiatives to life and help translate strategy into action.
This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and building and executing new initiatives from the ground up in a fast-scaling AI company.
Key responsibilities
Strategic initiatives & special projects
Work with the leadership team to drive high-impact strategic initiatives across the company
Help execute special projects critical to Nurix’s short- and long-term growth
Coordinate across product, sales, marketing, and engineering to drive successful execution.
Market & competitive Analysis
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities
Build and validate business hypotheses through data analysis, industry research, and customer insights
Translate market insights into product direction and positioning
Go-to-Market & partnerships
Support the development and execution of GTM strategies for AI solutions.
Work with product teams to shape new offerings based on market needs
Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships aligned with Nurix’s growth strategy
Engage with customers to understand pain points, product needs, and market fit
What we are looking for:
2-5 years of experience in top-tier consulting firm; exposure to startup operating roles is a strong plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Tier-1 institution
Very strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Ability to own and execute projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
High ownership and bias for action, with comfort operating in ambiguity
