Advocate for and challenge LCS leaders, celebrating successes, scaling up best practices, and identifying areas for improvement on execution.
Identify and eliminate growth blockers (e.g. in policy or process).
Lead and oversee LCS operations across policy, privacy, and collaboration with other functions (e.g. gTech or marketing).
Drive adoption of AI-powered tools to transform the Google Sales function.
Lead and oversee channel management. Contribute to the development of the India LCS annual plan.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree.
Experience in business management and Ad sales.
Familiarity with the GTM function, or experience working with sales or specialists teams.
Understanding of Google's sales processes and tools.
