About this role

Translate complex research needs into actionable strategies and APAC partnership opportunities. Define GTM for emerging AI products (e.g., Google Labs - NotebookLM). Formulate first-of-its-kind partnerships to shape roadmaps and manage high-priority partner pipelines. Partner with global teams (Legal, Engineering, Business) to execute agreements and integrate APAC requirements into global platforms and tooling. Lead end-to-end negotiation of sophisticated agreements, autonomously navigate complex technical and legal terms with precision and speed. Maintain deep expertise in the frontier AI landscape and emerging trends, serve as the team's go-to domain expert. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries. Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. Experience managing agreements or partnerships. Preferred qualifications: 12 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting or operations strategy, ideally in frontier AI or applied research (leveraging frontier models in applied areas across agriculture, sustainability, education, climate and science), technology or media sectors. Experience designing and managing scaled partnership ecosystems, first-of-its-kind agreements, or advancing research strategies from pilot to graduation.
