Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end store & hub performance across ops, inventory, SLA & dispatch.
Manage peak-hour manpower and rider allocation to meet demand.
Ensure inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO compliance & shrinkage control.
Drive last-mile performance including rider productivity & TAT.
Ensure safety, compliance, cost control & daily KPI tracking.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years in Quick Commerce / Dark Store / Last Mile operations.
Strong knowledge of operations, inventory & dispatch.
Proven people management & shift leadership experience.
Strong problem-solving and execution skills.
