As the
State Program Manager
, you'll lead collaborative efforts for sustainable education reform, designing scalable programs, forging partnerships, and enhancing existing initiatives. Ideal for self-motivated individuals passionate about collaborative change in education, proficiency in research, implementation, liaison, and partnership building is crucial.
Responsibilities:
As the State Program Manager, your responsibilities include:
Leading the co-creation journey of education change programs with partners and Govt. officials.
Designing simple and scalable programs and establishing effective Monitoring and Evaluation processes.
Reviewing existing structures and processes, and working with concerned officials to implement improvement projects.
Assessing and analyzing existing government projects and devising plans to strengthen them.
Developing a strategic plan aligned with the scope and focus of the projects. 6. Building strategic partnerships consisting of various organizations and stakeholders, including knowledge partners, design consultants, govt. agencies, NGOs etc.
Experience Requirements:
Proficiency in comprehending classroom learning dynamics and the education governance framework in India.
Awareness of the state-level initiatives towards education transformation in different parts of India
At least three years of professional experience, preferably in collaborating with government stakeholders or within the education sector.
Proficiency in reading and writing Punjabi is desirable.

Remuneration:
4-6 lakhs CTC/year (based on experience and commitment time)
