THE ROLE
As the
State Program Associate
, you will get to engage with government departments, including SCERT and district-level officials, to organize workshops and review meetings that enhance education programs. And you have to co-create scalable initiatives with partners, establish effective monitoring systems, and strengthen existing government projects.
Responsibilities:
Program Design and Operational Oversight-
Leading the co-creation journey of education change programs with partners and Government officials.
Designing simple and scalable programs and establishing effective Monitoring and Evaluation processes.
Reviewing existing structures and processes and working with concerned officials to implement improvement projects.
Assessing and analyzing existing government projects and devising plans to strengthen them.
Developing a strategic plan aligned with the scope and focus of the projects.
Comfort with frequent travel within and outside the state.
Stakeholder Management-
Navigate through various government departments and foster effective stakeholder relationships and strategic partnership.
Comfortably interact with government officials like SCERT, district/ block/cluster officers, Teachers etc.
Organize workshops and review meetings with both internal and external teams.
Experience Requirements:
Proficiency in comprehending classroom learning dynamics and the education governance framework in India.
Awareness of the state-level initiatives towards education transformation in different parts of India.
At least 3 years of relevant experience
,
preferably in collaboration with government stakeholders or within the education sector.
Demonstrated ability to work with government stakeholders.
Adept at funder management, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development.
Proficiency in reading and writing Punjabi is desirable.

Remuneration:
3-5 lakhs CTC/year (based on experience and commitment time)
