Experience Requirement: Minimum : 8 To 12 years in Solar pump industry Reports to: Chief Executive Officer - Solar Pumps Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, related field. We are seeking StateS Head to lead our solar pump Project operations in Karnataka & Tamil Nadu. Primary responsibilities shall be to build maximum business in ongoing schemes of solar pumps, coordination with state nodal agencies, identification of dealers / project execution partners & timely completion of projects. · Strong understanding of solar pump schemes and renewable energy policies in India. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
