<h3>About the role</h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a Staff Software Engineer at Fluxon, you'll drive the end-to-end delivery of products to market while learning, contributing, and growing in partnership with our leadership team</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You'll be responsible for:</span></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience leading development through the full product lifecycle, </span>including CI/CD, testing, release management, deployment, monitoring and incident response</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fluent in the design and implementation </span>of scalable system architectures, data structures and algorithms, and effective development practices</li>
