Lead the design, implementation and delivery of major changes to the Content Abuse infrastructure , making technical contributions to achieve the goals around building an infrastructure that is geared towards automation.
Act as a point of contact on technical problems and collaborate with teams across Google.
Understand, streamline and improve the ecosystem of interacting components.
Work in a changing environment with multiple partner stakeholders and adapt the changing regulatory environment.
Mentor junior engineers and work cross-functionally as a technical leader.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
5 years of experience with testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Machine Learning infrastructure.
Experience with machine learning, on-device models/infrastructure, and applying privacy frameworks to design privacy-forward systems.
