We are proud of the work that we do at the India Engineering Center thereby fulfilling our mission of making the world a healthier, cleaner and safer place.  Role & Responsibilities NPD project Execution Project Management ownership of NPD projects to launch products as per business plan Define & Manage Scope of the project, Develop Project Plan, Risk Management and other requirements as per Business unit specific NPD process Meet the key business KPI/metrics for the project. Work with global Research and Development (R&D) teams to maintain alignment on business unit R&D and existing product development road maps and resources. Work effectively with cross-functional teams during all phases of the toll-gate NPD process and ensure deliverables are done as per the NPD checklist Provide Stakeholder updates on a regular basis and keep them up to date on the progress of the project and risk profile of the project PM Team Leadership Provide leadership to PM team comprised of project managers, assume full responsibility for all aspects of Delivery Excellence and overall PM team KPIs Mentor PMs as per individual development plans Establish Standard Work as needed, lead the PM team to drive IEC projects from end to end, align with functional heads on project strategy, plan, timelines, resources, costs, risk management and mitigation plan Oversee status and healthiness of all IEC projects in accordance with project plans, ensure timely management of country specific topics/sensitivities/risks, detect deviations from project plan, assess impact on deliverables and adjust project plan timely Ensure appropriate stakeholder management, facilitate communications between local and global PMO teams, Cross functions, between site functions and clients. Strive for execution excellence, establish sustainable business processes to support IEC activities, share lessons learned, foster innovation and improvement in way of working Candidate Requirement: Bachelors’ degree in Engineering (any discipline) 14+ overall experience with minimum 8 years of Project Management experience (relevant) managing through stage-gate processes. Minimum 5 end to product development experience in the role of PM, knowledgeable about   PDLC process & Practices, Audits. PMP or equivalent certification Critical Thinking, ability to comprehend the situation/ Problem, Escalate on time. Experience working with and effectively communicating (listen, speak, present and write) to all levels of management and build working relationship with others outside of the project team Strong time management skills, prioritization abilities and “take ownership of issues and tasks”. People skills to guide, motivate and develop high performance teams Excellent problem-solving skills as well as keen analytical abilities Expertise in project management in theory and practical experience, Ability to manage Scope, Schedule, cost & Quality requirements and ability to facilitate & implement change management Competent in the use of project management tools, techniques and software tools. Familiarity with financial management and budgeting. Good to have skillset: Fair knowledge on Compliance\regulatory requirements of laboratory equipment & Medical devices. Working knowledge in product development methodologies like Agile/SCRUM Working knowledge in project management tools like MPP
