The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top technical talent. They will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending job offers. Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent. Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to extending job offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems. Maintain accurate records and metrics of recruiting activities. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting. Participate in recruiting events and job fairs to promote Void Solutions and attract top talent. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting. Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to screen candidates for technical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
