Role Summary:
We are looking for a
Technical Program & Delivery Manager / AVP
to lead complex enterprise SaaS deliveries across multiple geographies. You will work directly with CXOs, enterprise IT, business leaders, and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure
on-time, high-quality, scalable delivery
of our AI powered Sales Tech solutions. This is a
client-facing, ownership-heavy
role requiring strong program management rigor, technical depth, and business understanding.
Roles & Responsibilites:
1.
Program Leadership & Delivery Excellence
Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale SaaS implementations across India, APAC, LATAM, and Middle East.
Drive program planning, sprint execution, roadmap management, and cross-team alignment across
Product, Engineering, QA, Data, and Infra.
Ensure delivery of high-quality releases aligned to SLAs, timelines, and enterprise requirements.
Establish delivery governance frameworks, RAID logs, sprint cadences, and reporting mechanisms.
2. Client Management & Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary delivery leader for global CPG clients, aligning business priorities with platform capabilities.
Conduct weekly governance calls, QBRs, UAT readiness, and go-live management with CXOs/business owners.
Translate business requirements into functional & technical deliverables for internal teams.
3. Technical Depth & Solutioning
Understand architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies of SCAI/SFAI/eB2B/DMS platforms.
Work closely with engineering leadership to solve technical blockers, optimise performance, and guide implementations.
Participate in scoping, estimations, change requests, and solution design discussions.
4. People & Process Leadership
Mentor and lead Project Managers, Technical Associates, BAs, QA leads, and Engineering pods assigned to your programs.
Drive continuous improvement, process maturity, estimation accuracy, and delivery standardisation across teams.
Maintain strong alignment with pre-sales, onboarding, and customer success functions.
5. Commercial & Governance Alignment
Ensure transparent tracking of efforts, timelines, SLAs, billing milestones, and contractual deliverables.
Work with finance & commercial teams on pricing, resourcing, budgeting, and scope management.
Desired Candidate Profile Experience
10–16 years
of experience in Program/Delivery Management within
B2B SaaS, SFA/CRM Product Companies, or Enterprise Tech Consulting
.
Proven success in leading implementations for large enterprises (preferably CPG/FMCG, retail, distribution, or supply chain ecosystems).
Experience working with cross-functional global teams and multi-country deployments.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of cloud-based SaaS architectures, APIs, integrations, microservices, databases, and security fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and DevOps practices.
Ability to troubleshoot, solution, and communicate with engineering teams at a technical depth.
Leadership & SoY Skills
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
High ownership mindset, ability to manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes in fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
