An opportunity/place to exhibit your skills, understand services which are integral part of Insurance broking lifecycle, enhance your knowledge, provide improvement ideas on work which is recently transitioned or to be transitioned As a new colleague or new to the service line, you will be provided with Business Overview/Insights, Team dynamics & Operating Model, Roles & Responsibilities for each level, Expectations of various stakeholders to make you successful in this role Training and Quality manager acts as an interface between Operations and LnD department of the firm wherein he/she designs, builds, administers and delivers training based on the needs of the process/organization. He/she coordinates with key stakeholders across business and functions to determine development needs of various stakeholder groups, develops, and ensures training is crafted for the right audience at the right time, through the right channel, in a consistent and engaging format. He/she ensures a new joiner/colleague is well equipped to understand the process nuances and in turn enabling a smooth transition of the colleague into the process i.e. plays a key role in evolution of a colleague in terms of pre-process functionalities What is in it for you? Develops and customize training based on topic and target audience. Designs and creates learning modules and course materials that is interactive, engaging and relevant. Determines best method and channel to address various training needs. Recommends new formats for making learning interesting such as games, simulations, theater, movie review, book review etc. Executes the training plan and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the training objectives. Organizes and delivers training sessions using variety of learning methodologies. Assesses training needs through interviews with Business Leaders and managers Assists in the evaluation of training programs and works towards increasing learning effectiveness Reviews training materials, supports instructors, guides colleagues and team Performs administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, creation on learning calendars, program management of various leaning events What you need to have:  3+ years of experience in Learning and Development US insurance industry and process experience Instructional Design knowledge and experience Expertise in Content Design and Creation using a variety of delivery channels Creativity and readiness to experiment with various learning methodologies Good Facilitation skills Possess problem solving skills and reasoning ability Ability to adapt quickly Ideate and identify opportunities What makes you stand out?
