Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with a solid background in ERP customization and deployment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working with Odoo ERP, specifically in customizing, deploying, and managing both on-premise and Odoo Cloud environments. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring smooth ERP deployment and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize Odoo ERP modules to meet business requirements.
Configure and deploy Odoo ERP for on-premise and Odoo Cloud environments.
Manage and maintain Odoo instances for various business functions (sales, inventory, finance, HR, etc.).
Provide end-to-end support for ERP implementation, including module integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and offer optimized Odoo solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for Odoo custom modules.
Conduct performance tuning, system optimization, and data migrations as needed.
Provide user training and support post-deployment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo features and industry trends to improve system efficiency.
Key Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience in Odoo ERP development and customization.
Expertise in deploying Odoo on-premise and Odoo Cloud environments.
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions.
Hands-on experience with Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo frameworks.
Knowledge of Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.).
Experience with Odoo performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide training.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Odoo Enterprise.
Familiarity with Odoo.sh.
Knowledge of DevOps practices for continuous deployment and monitoring.
Experience with API integrations and third-party tools in Odoo.
