Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated
Software Developer
with strong expertise in
Java
and exposure to
AI-driven solutions
. The ideal candidate will be part of our product development team, contributing to building scalable, high-performance applications while integrating AI capabilities into everyday development workflows.
Experience Required
3 to 6 years
of hands-on experience in software development
Strong background in
Java-based full stack development
Exposure to
AI tools/technologies
or implementation of AI in day-to-day development
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance applications using Java technologies
Work extensively on
Core Java
,
Spring
, and
Spring Boot frameworks
Integrate
AI capabilities
(e.g., automation, intelligent features, AI APIs, or productivity tools) into applications and workflows
Participate in the complete
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
– from requirement analysis to deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and support
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Technical Skills Required
Strong expertise in
Java

Spring Boot
Experience with Microservices,
JSP
, and web application development
Proficiency in
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML
Hands-on experience with databases such as
MongoDB
(or similar NoSQL/SQL databases)
Experience working in
Linux environments

Familiarity with
AI/ML tools, APIs, or frameworks
(such as OpenAI APIs, automation tools, or data-driven models)
Understanding of RESTful services and microservices architecture
