Key Responsibilities:
● Design, Develop and test Odoo modules, projects, products and interfaces
● Maintain & customize Odoo add-ons
● Implementing new features
● Create & customize reports
● Create new functional business modules
● Integrate Odoo with other web applications
● Setup, maintain & monitor Odoo servers
● Identify and fix issues related to Odoo development
● Create Hierarchy of Organisation, Customize Existing Modules or develop new modules.
● Create a Saas based model for organization.
● Manage Database and deployment on servers
Requirements:
● Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Odoo Development activities
● Education: B. E-IT/B. Tech/MCA/MSC-IT or related
● Strong expertise in Python and Odoo
● Strong technical skills, good problem-solving skills, client-focused approach, fast learner.
● Concrete understanding of object oriented design and programming
● Expertise in PostgreSQL database
● Expertise in HTML, XML, JavaScript, and JQuery
● Solid expertise with GIT or equivalent source control system
● Expertise in Odoo integrations with other cloud systems
● Good knowledge of business processes
● Solid experience with ORM (Object Relational Mapper)
● Able to integrate multiple data sources/databases into one system
● Good understanding of Python threading limitations and multi-process architecture
● Good understanding of accessibility and security compliance
● Solid knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
● Make sure to follow the prescribed coding and development best practices to give high-quality output as per the requirement.
● Should be motivated self starter and a very good team player
● Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
● Experience in integrating Odoo with Other Business Systems.
● Experience in Excel Reports.
● Experience in PostgreSQL database.
● Experience with Git Hub or equivalent source control. (basically git commands)
● Experience in Agile Development
