Powders, sachets as per market requirements.

Preferably should be well aware to devolved gummies as per market requirements.

He / she should be aware of FSSAI / Ayush guidelines.

He / she should know the development methodology of formulation development that
should comply the regulation laid by FSSAI.
5.
To Conduct Laboratory experiments and prepare reports with conclusions and future
recommendations as per Developmental protocol.
6.
To Check and review Artwork and submission of relevant details to Packaging
Development team.
7.
To conduct stability study as per ICH guidelines / R&D stability SOP and its periodic
data review to assess the development and failures on time.
8.
To prepare and Review technology transfer document e.g MFR / BOM as per
requirements and conducting technology transfer at respective manufacturing site of 3
batches.
9.
To prepare and review Product development document e.g LNB, Product development
report, RM COA evaluation, Stability summary report, Validation batches report etc.
10.
To support trouble shooting / manufacturing process improvements/ cost
improvements and solvent removal improvements plan in already existing products.
11.
To prepare and submit tentative costing BOM of new products.
12.
To ensure documents submission to regulatory team and better co-ordination with
relevant document submission timely during licensing activities.
13.
To generate material request, purchase Indent through SAP and perform all
arrangements activity of Materials required from Plant store or from purchase dept.
14.
He / she can lead a team for the formulation development and help in development of
second line of Team who should carry out the development activities in his / her
absence.
15.
To maintain the facility and equipment of Formulation development Lab.
16.
Communicates in a timely fashion, all information regarding formulation, projects
status, raw material research, results of experiments to Head of Dept.
17.
To ensure inter and intra departmental coordination should be conducted in smooth
way.
18.
Ensures the maintenance and adherence to GLP and All safety Regulations in the
departments.
19.
Keep abreast of current trends, practices, developments, regulatory changes and
guidelines.
20.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership of
accomplishing new and different request, exploring new opportunities and performing
every task as assigned by managements from time to time
