Job Title: QA Engineer (3–5 Years Experience) / QA Lead Experience: 3–5 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 3–5 years of experience who can contribute individually while also handling team responsibilities. The candidate should have strong testing fundamentals along with experience in validating business-critical modules like Ads, Analytics, and backend integrations. Key Responsibilities: QA & Testing Responsibilities: Analyze product requirements and create test plans, test cases, and scenarios Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI/UX testing Conduct end-to-end testing including backend and third-party integrations Identify, log, track, and verify bugs with proper documentation Perform exploratory and risk-based testing Ensure high-quality releases within timelines Business & Integration Testing: Validate Ads integration (banner, interstitial, rewarded ads) including: Ad loading, display, refresh behavior, and failure scenarios Frequency capping and user experience validation Test Firebase integrations, including: Analytics events validation Crashlytics monitoring and verification Remote Config behavior testing Push notifications (FCM) validation Verify user tracking, event accuracy, and data consistency Ensure proper handling of network failures and edge cases Validate deep links, attribution, and campaign tracking (if applicable) Team Lead Responsibilities: Mentor and guide junior QA engineers Review test cases, bug reports, and QA deliverables Assign and track tasks across team members Coordinate with Dev, Product, and Design teams Drive QA best practices, processes, and improvements Take ownership of release quality and QA sign-off Demonstrate working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in software testing and quality assurance. Leverage AI-powered testing tools to improve test coverage, defect detection, and execution efficiency. Stay updated with emerging AI trends and evaluate their relevance to QA practices. Required Skills: Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of STLC and Bug Life Cycle Hands-on experience in manual testing Experience in mobile app testing (Android/iOS) Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman, etc.) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, etc.) Business/Analytics Knowledge: Hands-on experience in testing Ads SDKs (AdMob or similar) Experience with Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, FCM) Understanding of user behavior tracking and event validation Ability to validate monetization flows and business logic Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to handle a team Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ownership mindset and accountability Ability to manage deadlines and priorities Good to Have: Knowledge of test automation (Selenium/Appium) Exposure to performance testing Experience with AI-based testing tools Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
