Sr Oracle SCM Functional Architect (Offshore)1
Key Responsibilities:
10+ years of relevant experience implementing and supporting Oracle SCM applications.
Experience with majority of the following processes and modules required:
Logistics: Inventory, Warehouse Management, Costing, VMI and Consigned inventory
Procure to Pay: Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal
Order to Cash: Order Management, Pricing, Scheduling, Global Order Promising, Reverse Logistics
Plan to Build: Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, PLM, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP
Minimum 3 full cycle ERP implementations
Must have demonstrated ability to design and develop business solutions in ERP
Must be able to work independently with client users and senior management
Ability to drive industry best practice based standard feature adoption by the users
Ability to work in a complex global ERP footprint with a strong background on problem solving, Change management and documentation.
Current Oracle certification
Lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle SCM modules (design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support)
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Configure and customize Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Pricing, and Logistics
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors
Perform system integrations with other enterprise applications
Support data migration, interfaces, and reporting requirements
Drive process improvements and recommend best practices
Mentor junior team members and provide functional guidance
Ensure documentation of business processes, configurations, and solutions
Experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations
Strong knowledge of business processes in supply chain domains
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
