Job Description
Have excellent communication skills to deal with business partners, team, and leaders. Support the BAU oversight of the ORM and EDG Minimum Standards to include leading quality assurance reviews
Key Responsibilities:
• 50% Support the BAU oversight of the ORM and EDG Minimum Standards to include leading quality assurance reviews.
• 15% Support the team in the creation and maintenance of procedures, job aids, standards, and other ORM and EDG documentation.
• 10% Collaborate with the internal team on the design and implementation of new ORM solutions that will mitigate current and future business risk.
• 10% Assist with preparation of materials for a variety of meetings, including executive risk governance meetings (KRI deck admin, etc.)
• 10% Build collaborative partnerships with the Risk Offices and Local Data Governance teams that will drive a strong risk culture.
• 5% Policy exception management.
Required Qualifications:
• 4-5 years’ experience in risk management, data governance, or related field.
• Demonstrated analytical ability to move tasks forward independently and without significant direction or documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Sharepoint. This role will be required to work with these tools and applications to support the oversight of risk management activities.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Must be able to quickly absorb data and information.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an ambiguous and changing environment.
Preferred Qualification:
• Should be in operational risk management.
