Talent & Culture : Foster a collaborative environment that supports personal growth, career development, and cross-functional teamwork.   Your Role The Senior Manager is responsible for leading the delivery, oversight, and advancement of investment performance measurement and attribution capabilities across Invesco’s global platform. This role oversees teams responsible for performance analytics and attribution across Equity, Fixed Income, and Multi-Asset strategies, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and adherence to GIPS® and internal governance standards. The Senior Manager will possess deep expertise in performance measurement, GIPS compliance, and risk-adjusted return metrics, supported by strong analytical and communication skills. The Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results by effectively managing deadlines, aligning with client expectations, and leading staff to uphold best practices across the department. You Will Be Responsible For: Leadership & Oversight: Lead, develop, and manage teams of performance and attribution analysts based in Hyderabad. Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability and technical excellence. Oversee resource planning, headcount management, and workload prioritization. Establish clear SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks for third-party vendors and outsource/offshore teams. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance scalability and reduce operational risk. Collaborate across regions and time zones to ensure seamless communication and alignment in a global operating environment. Maintain robust control frameworks and audit trails. Support internal and external audits. Performance Measurement and Attribution Interpretation: Oversee performance calculation, validation, and delivery. Ensure robust attribution analysis and interpretation of results. Maintain expertise across Equity, Fixed Income, and Multi-Asset products. Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Act as liaison between Performance, Risk, Portfolio Management, Client Reporting, Data, and Technology teams. Align deliverables with stakeholder requirements. Lead responses to performance-related inquiries and client analytics. Respond to client inquiries and support RFPs with accurate performance/attribution data and commentary. Reporting & Insights: Deliver high-quality reporting and analytical insights. Provide interpretation of portfolio performance and attribution outputs. Support business growth. The Experience You Bring: Minimum 7+ years of experience in performance measurement, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of GIPS® standards and regulatory frameworks. Experience managing global teams and stakeholders. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Academic Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field.
