<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>

<li><strong>Experience</strong></li>

<li>10+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles</li>
<li>3+ years in engineering leadership/management</li>
<li>Experience operating large-scale, distributed systems in production</li>
</ul>
<li><strong>Technical Depth</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred)</li>
<li>Deep understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration</li>
<li>Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.)</li>
<li>Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code</li>
<li>Solid understanding of networking, security, and system design</li>
</ul>
<li><strong>AI-Driven Mindset</strong></li>

<li>Experience leveraging AI/ML to enhance platform reliability, automate operations, and improve developer productivity</li>
