Job Responsibilities:

Crane Operations Management:
Oversee the selection, scheduling, and mobilization of cranes for various project phases.
Ensure that all crane operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Logistics Coordination:
Manage transportation and delivery of equipment, materials, and components to project sites.
Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes.
Site Assessment:
Conduct site surveys to determine suitable crane locations and access routes.
Assess site conditions and potential hazards to ensure safe crane operations.
Resource Allocation:
Allocate resources effectively, including cranes, personnel, and equipment.
Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary to optimize efficiency.
Risk Management:
Identify potential logistical challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all logistics operations.
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all crane and logistics-related inquiries.
Facilitate communication between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of crane operations, logistics schedules, and safety inspections.
Prepare reports on project progress, challenges, and logistics performance.
Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate logistics processes and crane operations to identify areas for improvement.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and safety.
Training and Development:
Provide training and guidance to team members on logistics procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience in crane operations and logistics management, preferably in renewable energy projects.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
