JD – Sr. Lead Developer
Experience:
8+ years of experience in front-end development with focus on React.js.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sr Lead developer, you will be developing front-end applications using React.js
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of web-capable devices and browsers.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, ensuring the best possible performance and user experience.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, optimizing applications for speed and efficiency.
Develop and run automation framework to minimize issue, increase code efficiency and issue free.
Ability to use and adapt AI tools.
Manage and mentor team. Ability to provide technical guidance to team.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and React.js and Next.js
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (Redux, React Router, etc.).
Knowledge of front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Experience with version control tools such as Git.
Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with state management tools like Redux, MobX, or Context API.
Knowledge of testing frameworks and libraries (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).
Proficient in maps libraries like ESRI to develop complex map objects.
Proficient in using AI tools for development
Proficient in debugging applications and ability to fix complex performance issues.
