We’re looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Executive who enjoys building culture, strengthening HR processes, and creating meaningful teammate experiences. This role goes beyond coordination — we are looking for someone who can act as a culture custodian, support organizational growth, and help shape a workplace where creativity and collaboration thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer rollout.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Maintain and update candidate databases, interview records, and hiring trackers through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, pipeline status, and closures.
Support employer branding initiatives, walk-ins, campus hiring, and recruitment campaigns.
Onboarding & Teammate Experience
Create seamless onboarding experiences for new joiners from pre-joining communication to induction and assimilation.
Coordinate onboarding formalities including documentation, HRMS updates, welcome kits, policy orientation, and stakeholder alignment.
Ensure new teammates experience a smooth transition into the organization and team culture.
Drive engagement touchpoints during the initial months to improve retention and overall experience.
Actively contribute towards creating a positive, inclusive, and teammate-friendly workplace culture.
Teammate Engagement & Culture Building
Act as a culture custodian by driving initiatives that strengthen team bonding, collaboration, and morale.
Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, rewards & recognition initiatives, festive events, and team-building programs.
Coordinate initiatives around wellness, learning, fun activities, and internal communication.
Support leadership and HR in building a high-performance yet empathetic work culture.
Gather teammate feedback and contribute ideas to improve workplace practices and overall experience.
HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs in collaboration with finance/payroll vendors ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Manage records related to attendance, leaves, compensation, documentation, and statutory compliance.
Efficiently manage and maintain HRMS platforms ensuring accurate teammate data and process tracking.
Support implementation and streamlining of HR policies, processes, and documentation.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to attendance, attrition, hiring, engagement, payroll, and people analytics.
Assist in HR audits, documentation reviews, and process improvements.
Offboarding & Teammate Lifecycle Management
Manage exit processes including resignation documentation, exit interviews, clearance coordination, and offboarding formalities.
Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and closure of teammate lifecycle processes.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to separations.
Capture feedback and insights from exits to support organizational improvements and retention strategies.
Administrative & HR Support
Maintain organized HR documentation, records, and confidential information with high accuracy.
Coordinate internal HR meetings, reviews, and organizational initiatives.
Provide day-to-day HR support to teammates across departments.
Support execution of company-wide events, internal initiatives, and people-focused programs.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, MMS/MBA/PG in HR or a related field.
2 – 5 years of experience in HR operations, Talent Acquisition, onboarding, payroll coordination, or similar HR roles.
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and HRMS tools.
Good understanding of HR operations, teammate lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and labour law basics.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/software.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process orientation.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
