Role Objective
To build and manage a structured outbound system that identifies potential customers, engages them through strategic email communication, tracks buying intent, and supports revenue generation through coordinated follow-ups and sales alignment. This is a performance-driven role focused on pipeline creation and revenue contribution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage outbound email infrastructure and ensure high deliverability
Maintain domain authentication, reputation, and inbox health
Execute structured outbound email campaigns
Optimize messaging, subject lines, and engagement strategy
Identify, segment, and manage target lead data
Monitor engagement signals and trigger intent-based follow-ups
Coordinate with sales teams to drive conversions
Track campaign performance, pipeline, and revenue impact
Required Experience & Skills
3+ years in outbound marketing or lead generation via email channel
Strong understanding of email deliverability and domain authentication
Ability to manage multi-domain email infrastructure
Knowledge of data segmentation and lead validation practices
Strong analytical mindset with focus on performance metrics
Experience generating leads & revenue from cold outreach
Data-driven and ROI-focused mindset
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with strong technical understanding of email platforms, systems and domain management
Candidates with hands-on lead for e-commerce and outbound pipeline experience for US, CA, UK & AU markets
