Job Responsibilities:
Site Layout Design:
Develop detailed site layout plans for wind and solar projects using AutoCAD.
Ensure proper spacing, orientation, and alignment of renewable energy systems.
Technical Drawings:
Create and modify electrical and civil engineering drawings, schematics, and installation plans.
Generate 2D and 3D models for project visualization and analysis.
Data Analysis:
Analyze site survey data and incorporate findings into design plans.
Prepare reports on site conditions, elevation, and other relevant metrics.
Coordination:
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design specifications.
Participate in project meetings to discuss design challenges and solutions.
Field Support:
Assist in on-site inspections and quality assurance to ensure alignment with design documents.
Provide technical support during the installation of systems.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Prepare necessary documentation for permits and approvals.
Project Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all design changes, project specifications, and technical drawings.
Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AutoCAD and renewable energy technologies.
Suggest improvements to design processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software.
