Collection of Documents, Drafting, filling, defending, appearing and pursuing
all the recovery matters and civil matters of the Company, including but not
limited to 138 NI Act cases, Commercial suits, Arbitrations etc. of High
Complexity.
2. Sending
Legal notices or replies to the legal notices as received from time to time
3. Timely
replies to statutory notices received under Drugs & Cosmetics Act, FSSAI
etc
4.Court
Cases pertaining to Drugs & Cosmetics Act and FSSAI in Various District
Courts and High Courts across India
5. Attending
mediations, court hearings and advocate briefings. Representing the company's
interest as Authorized Representative before the Courts
6.
Maintaining MIS of Litigations matters
7. Timely court compliances in all the litigation matters, including but
not limited to filling of PF/RC, Written statements, rejoinders, replications,
evidence, applications etc.
