Sr. Executive/ AM - Procurement
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager in Procurement with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Supply Chain Management department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end general procurement activities including sourcing, vendor selection, quotation analysis, negotiation, and purchase order processing.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
Handle vendor management activities including onboarding, performance evaluation, relationship management, and compliance documentation.
Drive cost optimization initiatives through commercial negotiations, alternate sourcing, and value analysis.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to understand procurement requirements and ensure smooth execution.
Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing benchmarks to identify procurement opportunities and risks.
Ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and resolution of supplier-related issues.
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and MIS reports in ERP systems.
Support budgeting and procurement planning activities while ensuring adherence to company procurement policies.
Build strong stakeholder relationships to improve procurement efficiency and service levels.

Qualification:
