, internal solution teams, and enterprise leadership stakeholders to drive consulting opportunities, expand strategic accounts, and accelerate Hashout’s growth in the enterprise digital transformation space.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Opportunity Development
Drive new opportunities across:
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Adobe Experience Platforms
Adobe Commerce
Identify and develop consulting and implementation opportunities across enterprise accounts
Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned with revenue goals
Strategic Partnership & Collaboration
Partner with
Adobe Account Executives
and internal solution teams on:
Joint pursuits
Co-sell initiatives
Strategic account growth
Collaborate with solution teams to position Hashout’s Adobe expertise effectively
Enterprise Client Engagement
Engage with
GCC leadership teams
in Bengaluru and other hubs to understand:
Adobe service delivery requirements
Staffing needs
Digital transformation priorities
Build long-term relationships with key enterprise stakeholders
Position Hashout as a trusted digital transformation partner
Sales Cycle Ownership
Own the full sales cycle, including:
Prospecting
Qualification
Discovery
Proposal support
Negotiation
Closure
Work with internal stakeholders to develop solution proposals aligned with customer business goals
Solution Evangelism
Promote Hashout’s:
MarTech accelerators
Pod-based delivery models
Adobe implementation services
Communicate measurable business outcomes and value-driven solutions to enterprise clients

6+ years
of experience in:
Enterprise Sales
Agency Account Management
MarTech Consulting
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in:
Software sales
Consulting services
Service revenue
Strong understanding of:
Adobe Experience Cloud

Enterprise digital transformation services
Excellent skills in:
