Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical aspects of the NOC operations.
- Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to solar and wind energy monitoring systems.
- Mentor and train junior engineers.
- Collaborate with the manager to design and implement system improvements.
- Monitor network performance and recommend optimizations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in EC, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in NOC operations and monitoring of renewable energy assets.
- In-depth knowledge of solar and wind energy systems.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and scripting for automation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
