Customer Engagement & Advisory Build strong relationships with customer technical stakeholders (architects, engineers, decision-makers) Understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements Provide guidance on modern data platform strategies and best practices Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures using: Deliver high-impact engagements such as: Collaborate with account teams to: Contribute to pipeline growth through strong technical engagement Work within a cross-functional team including: Ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to deployment and adoption Delivery of high-quality, customer-centric solutions Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of strong experience in data and analytics technologies, such as: SQL, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT pipelines Customer-facing experience (pre-sales, consulting, or architecture roles) Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Experience with: Data governance, security, and compliance AI and advanced analytics workloads Experience delivering POCs, workshops, or technical design sessions Industry domain knowledge (e.g., Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail)
