Summary
We’re looking for a
strategic and performance-focused Marketing Manager (D2C Growth)
to lead BabyOrgano’s digital and brand marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll own the entire digital growth strategy — from planning campaigns to driving measurable ROI across Meta, Google, YouTube, and influencer channels.
You’ll collaborate directly with the leadership team to translate marketing investments into business impact, lead a cross-functional team with accountability, and drive a culture of ownership and discipline. Responsibilities:
• Build, plan, and implement the overall
digital marketing and D2C growth strategy.
• Lead and mentor internal marketing, creative, and performance teams.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across
Meta, Google, YouTube, and Influencer Marketing.
• Achieve
minimum 4X ROAS
across all campaigns through continuous optimization.
• Oversee brand communication and ensure
consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and deliver
ROI-focused campaigns.
• Measure and report performance using analytics tools (GA4, Ads Manager, Shopify).
• Collaborate with agency partners for campaign planning and performance reviews.
• Ensure
timely campaign launches, daily performance tracking, and actionable insights.
• Monitor competition and proactively identify new growth opportunities.
• Drive team accountability — ensuring
90%+ task completion
within timelines.
• Maintain strict
adherence to company policies, punctuality, and professional discipline.
• Foster a culture of
solution-oriented communication and positive collaboration.
Skill Sets / Experience We Require:
• 5–8 years of experience in
Digital Marketing / D2C Growth / Performance Marketing.
• Proven success in managing high-performance paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube).
• Strong understanding of
CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion optimization,
and funnel strategy.
• Hands-on experience with
Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, and Excel.
• Sound knowledge of SEO/SEM, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Problem-solver with a
strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Familiarity with web analytics and conversion tracking tools.
• Team motivator who leads by example — disciplined, punctual, and dependable.
Pedigree:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• Preferred: Experience in
FMCG, Ayurveda, or D2C consumer brand
environments.
