Job Summary:
We are looking for a
results-driven Digital Marketing Manager
with
7+ years of experience
in
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and ABM strategy
for B2B IT/SaaS companies. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in performance marketing, SQL generation, CAC vs. ROI optimization, and demand generation across international markets (US, EMEA, APAC, AUS, Africa).
This role involves
developing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms, driving high-quality leads, and continuously improving conversion rates and cost efficiency.
You will also play a key role in
funnel analysis, multi-touch attribution, and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing & Demand Generation:
Develop and manage
high-impact paid campaigns
on
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms
for B2B SaaS & IT services.
Optimize ad performance to
improve CAC, maximize SQLs, and drive a 5x+ ROI
on paid channels.
Create and manage
ABM campaigns
to engage high-value enterprise accounts and drive pipeline growth.
Implement
retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
to increase lead conversion.
Campaign Strategy & Funnel Optimization:
Plan and execute
full-funnel marketing strategies
to nurture prospects and accelerate deal closures.
Conduct
A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
to improve ad performance and lead quality.
Utilize
multi-touch attribution models
to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize spend.
Align paid media efforts with
organic marketing, email automation, and outbound sales
for a seamless demand generation engine.
Analytics, Reporting & Budgeting:
Track, analyze, and report
on key KPIs, including
CAC, SQL conversion, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.
Use analytics tools like
Google Analytics, WebEngage, and MoEngage
to gain insights and refine strategies.
Must have handled a
minimum ad budget of $20,000 per month
and optimized spending for maximum ROI.
Prepare
performance dashboards and data-driven insights
for leadership.
ABM Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Develop and execute
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
for enterprise sales acceleration.
Work closely with
Sales, Product, and Customer Success
to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Oversee
global demand generation efforts
across
US, EMEA, APAC, and other key markets.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in B2B IT/SaaS digital marketing
with a focus on
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and ABM strategy.
Proven ability to
scale international lead generation campaigns
while optimizing for CAC and SQL quality.
Hands-on experience in
paid media, demand generation, funnel optimization, and marketing automation.
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in
Google Analytics, MoEngage, WebEngage, and multi-touch attribution.
Experience handling
a minimum ad budget of $20,000 per month
while driving
high ROI.
Experience working in
cross-functional teams
and collaborating with sales, product, and leadership teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability to execute and optimize marketing campaigns effectively.
